So a little while ago I posted a beautiful level 7 bar routine with a stalder in it. I think a stalder (sometimes in place of a clearhip) is a great option for some athletes. Here are a couple ideas to get you started teaching them.
This is, in my opinion one of the best stalder drills. It’s very fundamental, and good to fix shapes in. The one thing you want to make sure is that the top of the back is staying hollowed and pushing on the bar while the hips open at the beginning.
This second video is a series of very good drills by Mary Lee Tracy. This is by no means an exhaustive list of drills, but it will be a good start for your kids who are just starting their stalder work.

Thanks for sharing more great drills! I haven’t yet taught stalders but these exercises are going to be a great place to start!
