Got a space problem? Need a way for your kids to work bars but only have a couple of sets? Here are some things you can set up other places.
This mat set up is a good way to work shoulder strength and cast handstands if you don’t have a free bar. Kids (if they are trustworthy/big enough) can spot each other, and P-bar blocks or spotting blocks can be used.
This second one you can use THE SAME blocks you had set up for the first station but sideways and work the muscle memory for toe-shoots to the high bar and tkachevs.
This template supports the sidebar's widgets. Add one or use Full Width layout.
