So, I’ll admit it. I’m a COMPULSIVE list maker. Seriously making assignments might be one of my favorite things to do. And very rarely, VERY rarely do I not have assignments written down. Granted I do throw a decent amount of random stuff in their day to day if some part of it isn’t working, or if I think another drill would be more appropriate at that point. But I almost always put it on the list. Often, so I can remember I used it and maybe add it in more often.
So, with all that being said. I am ALWAYS, ALWAYS on the lookout for new things to add to my lists (read: notebooks upon notebooks upon notebooks). The videos below are just some of ANY NUMBER of ideas of stations and other things to add to your bar assignments, or complexes, or conditioning circuits, or warm-ups. What have you. Play around with some of these things. See if they work for you and your kids. It’s fun to try new things!
