Fun Friday #77

Hi All,

I hope you’re weeks are going well. It has been another busy week for me with Swing Big! but only in the best of ways. Lots of new things coming your way soon which I’m excited about, and lots and lots of fun being had helping coaches build their dream teams this week (seriously, I’m having so much fun with all of these sessions).

Alright, a couple throwback routines this week. Who remembers Annie Fogerty? She was from Parkettes in the early 2000s. This is her beam routine, it has some pretty cool things, including a front handspring front series and a double front dismount. I couldn’t find a good video of it but at one point she was doing an awesome pass on floor – front handspring – double front – front layout. It was SO COOL.

The second one is of Gael Mackie. Also in the early 2000s. I think my favorite part of the routine is the onodi to bridge – layout. I really miss this routine.

Train hard!
