Fun Friday #68 – 2010 J.O. Nationals beam

Hi All,

So I got a little sucked into watching videos from 2010 J.O. Nationals yesterday, so I thought that I would share them with you.

This first one is a nice little routine I really like the series! I don’t think I see one-arm back handsprings enough.

This second one is just a REALLY NICE clean routine from Megan Marenghi. Also, that’s definitely what split leaps are supposed to look like.

And this last one is a really nice beam routine from Desiree Palomares. I love how she attacks it, there is no uncertainty, no big breaks or pauses in the routine, I wish we saw more of that.
