Fun Friday #62

Hi All,

I hope the week is treating you well. I’ve had a fun few weeks of shooting content for Swing Big, going through it, talking to other coaches etc. It seems everyone is happy it’s summer and that they feel like the have time to work the things they need to. It always seems to come back to basics. Handstands, hurdles, cartwheel and flipping shapes. Year after year, some things don’t change. What are you working on?

This first video is of a lovely little gymnast at JO Nationals. Her toe point and lines are just exquisite, and she’s such a treat to watch on beam.

This second video is of a little one a lot of people (including myself) have had their eye on. This is sage. I’ve posted a video of her before but this is an update.
