Fun Friday #33

Hi All!

Some fun videos for this Fun Friday! This week doesn’t have a theme, just videos I think are totally worth watching.

This first is a lovely beam series. Handspring, layout, layout full dismount. I would love to see more of these types of series. I’m kind of waiting for someone to go: handspring, layout step out, handspring double-down, 3/2 or 2/1. Now THAT would be the coolest thing ever.

This second video is from a coaching clinic in Canada I believe. There are so many good ideas in this video. From dance, to conditioning, as well as on almost every event. It’s worth watching the whole thing.
