Fun Friday #32

Hi All!

I have to say I actually had to restrain myself this week. There are so many great videos that came across my path this week that I wanted to post. But here are a few that I thought were really nice.

This first one is one of Eddie Umphrey’s gymnast practicing some L-grip work. It’s great. I can’t wait to see what she puts in her routine in the future.

Alright, so I have to admit I kind of hate judging compulsory vault. It’s just… well, to put it simply it’s not fun. Other events I find judging actually fun. Vault, not so much. But when I take a step back, and get to just WATCH some really good compulsory vaults. It gets fun again. This is a really nice vault out of Wildfire Gymnastics.
