Front tuck and front tuck step-out drills

Hi All,

Today I’m going to talk a little bit about front tucks. Well more show than talk. Today I’m just going to share a few quick ideas for simple introductory drills for the front tuck and the front tuck step out.

back tuck drills

This first one is for a front tuck step out, and is great for muscle memory, keeping kids from locking their knees when they land and a general sense of air awareness and how to round off out of it.

This second one can be a good one for helping kids learn how to get their hips over their heads quickly, and how to turn over. It’s easy to set-up, easy to spot, and a nice little, easy side station.

Train hard!
