Teaching round-offs onto the springboard — and my first video!

Hi All,

Alright today is super exciting for me, because it’s the first time I’m posting a video the *I* made. I’ve been working on a couple really big projects for Swing Big! and in the process I got some content I thought that I would share early.

Quick Tip Eliminating Board Fear and Developing the Back Leg

This is the set of progressions I use (with a couple changes) in teaching kids how to round-off onto the board. This is by no means an exhaustive list. But it’s a pretty good set of progressions in my mind. You can always tailor it to your kids. Adding panel mats on approach if they are having trouble going straight etc.
