So I thought I would do a post on these AWESOME push-up handles (rockers). I’ve used them before but never in the gym and I honestly had kind of forgotten about them. But let me say this again, THEY ARE AWESOME. They can be used for so many things, and great wrist (and other things) conditioning. Here are some videos using them.
This one is SO, SO, SO good. Great side station/rehab/prehab/ANYTHING ELSE for kids.
Great for handstands, different kinds of push-ups etc. There are so many different things that can be worked with these.
