So I try to post a lot of new ideas on this blog. Ideas that might not have fully penetrated the gymnastics community. But today I’m just going to post some of the staples. Those things that have been used forever.
This first one is handstand hops. Though it is an exaggerated, advanced version of it. Handstand hops are great, multiple handstand hops is even better. But this is just amazing.
This second one is a simple little vault drill that many people use before adding the run, because that sometimes confuses kids (too many parts). It’s a good side station, or just lead up drill before adding everything together. If your kids are too small to really punch the real board, I highly recommend getting one of these spring boards for your gym.
