Inspiration

Hi All,

So, as I’ve been talking about lately. I MISS THE GYM. It’s been taking up more than it’s usual share of my brain (we have recently gone from 98% to 100%). Some days I get a little overwhelmed editing lists, and making plans, and thinking about mechanics and how to teach things. At those points I really like to go seek out inspiration. For me, that usually isn’t in the form of a single routine. It’s usually in the form of watching workouts. I get all kinds of ideas from watching different coaches, different kids, different drills, different problems and different solution. So here is what I would consider inspiration for me. What do you use as inspiration?

Train hard!
