This first one is a great little video Eddie Umphrey put up of some of the Twin City Twisters gymnasts playing with new dismounts. SO FUN.

This second one is Christina Desiderio’s beam routine from P&G Championships. This little one is definetly one to watch in the future. Great tumbling and nice flexibility too.
