Doubles, on doubles, on doubles

Hi All!

So today’s post is on double backs. One of the things that’s difficult about them is there are only so many times you can actually put them on the floor. The impact of the skill often prevents numbers that are extremely high. That being said, there are lots and lots of drills that can work the same air awareness and muscle memory. Here are a few!

This first drill is one from Al Fong. It’s actually for double back half outs, but there is no reason that this drill isn’t just as effective for regular double backs.

This second one is a really nice set drill. I’ve seen a lot of people use this one quite effectively.
